New internet IPO

Came across this tonight, doing some research. A company called InternetBrands.com. So I explored their site a bit. And it seems they have a few solid top tier domains, Autos.com, Loan.com, VacationHomes.com and DoItYourself.com. Then another group of less significantly branded sites and forums like World66.com, NewCarTestDrive.com, etc., rounding out a total of 40 domains/sites.

They released news on July 20, 2007, regarding filing a registration statement for a proposed IPO: http://internetbrands.com/ib/news/press-releases
