Rumored today in techcrunch.com to be valued at $200 million, Yelp.com has raised a fourth round of $15 million in financing as reported here, raising their total so far to $31 million.

OK, somehow this one slipped by me. 2 weeks ago Bored.com sold for $4 million, and an additional 170 domains in their portfolio sold for an extra $500k.

Fusu.com - Domain stock exchange opens today

Here is a very interesting concept. Allow investors to buy shares of valuable domain names in the open market. Equity that can be traded, bought and sold. The original owner apparently retains majority interest, so it provides domain owners liquidity within their portfolio holdings, and allows investors to participate in potential domain asset appreciation.

Salesforce.com $9 billion?

In rumors posted at Techcrunch.com, Salesforce.com is rumored to be shopping itself to Oracle for $75 per share, or $9 billion.

Record dot co.uk domain sale

Interesting news from the other side of the pond. Brandrepublic.com reports that Cruises.co.uk has sold for a record £560,000, or about $1.1 million US. The buyer? Cruise.co.uk.

Sounds like a strategy to own the generic space and keep out competition.
