Live Current, a company which owns a number of top tier domains has sold domain name Cricket.com for $1.75 million.
Also mentioned in the news, 2 additional 'non-core' domains have been sold for a combined $1.6 million. Apparently one of these domains had been sold previously for $1.25 million, and the original purchase agreement was breached by the buyer, resulting in the company receiving the name back, and retaining payments to date of $355,000. We'll provide updates as to which 2 domains were sold for $1.6 million, once the information is made available.
